Athan Schindler
Co-Founder | Performance Coach | Speed, Power & Resilience Specialist

27 years of experience and a Master's in Exercise Science. Athan has owned Strive Strength & Conditioning in Bastrop since 2017. CSCS, USAW Level 1, PN Level 1 Nutrition, and USR Level 1 Speed Coach. A U.S. Army Airborne Ranger and former Master Fitness Trainer Instructor, he blends velocity-based training, sprint mechanics, and sport-specific capacity to develop athletes who are faster, more agile, and ready for high-level competition.

Co-Founder | Head Strength & Conditioning Coach | Olympic Weightlifting Specialist

20 years of experience training athletes at every level. Currently Head S&C Coach for Jackson Hole Football, Thomas also works with lacrosse, soccer, wrestling, basketball, and track athletes. USA Weightlifting certified, national-level competitor, and Level 1 USR Coach — he has coached athletes to the National Championships, American Open, Arnold, and Masters Worlds.

Fundamental movement, age-appropriate sprint and agility mechanics, and bodyweight strength. Fun, engaging, and challenging — teaching coordination, balance, and body control.
